Shipping policy

Nationwide delivery: South Africa. 

Estimated transit time: 3 - 7 days

Order preparation time: 2 - 6 days

Days when you pack orders: Monday–Friday

I pack orders received past this time on the next day: 15:00

  • Delivery cost for nationwide delivery: R110

​​Estimate date/time of delivery will be confirmed in the email you will receive after placing your order. 

 

After placing you will receive an email with further information.  Your order will be processed within 5 days.

Pick-ups are made by appointments. Ask for pick-up date and time at checkout.

​32 Klinkenberg street, The Views Lifestyle center, Van der Hoff Park, Potchefstroom.  You will go up the stairs on n the right side of the building, turn left then find us in the hall.

​When picking up your package please make sure that you have your confirmation email/ proof of purchase. 


  • After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, Your order will be processed within 5 days. 

  • You will receive another email when your item has been shipped. 

  • If you encounter any problems/ haven't received your order in 10 days, please contact us. 

​Any query relating to the order must be advised to Du Preez within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. 

​Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
